Paying the deposit

The $30 deposit is paid offline after we confirm, by CashApp or Zelle; details are sent when we confirm. Nothing is ever paid on this website.

It's non-refundable, transfers once if you reschedule with 48 hours' notice, and comes off your total at the chair.

Cancellation policy

Before your visit

Arrive with hair washed, blow-dried and detangled unless you've added a wash. A 15-minute grace period applies. Running late? Text us.
